Barn Owl Glade Cottages and Glamping

Just returned from a week glamping in one of the pods. There were 4 couples, so we each had our own pod which worked perfectly in the current covid conditions. The pods are small but perfectly formed. Comfortable double bed and good shower. We all took a pre prepared meal and were able to use both the full size fridge in the pod and the communal fridge freezer for storage. Whilst we enjoyed great weather during the day, the ability to eat in the communal club house in the evening was perfect.
We enjoyed a camp fire every evening, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The local community pub serves great food and offered a warm welcome. Whilst we did use the swimming pool, we all agreed that it was in need of some tlc. No doubt a project for the owners Nic and Ruth for next year. The perfect location for a relaxing break.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay here. My other half was a little apprehensive, generally preferring a hotel, but I convinced him and we were not disappointed.

The pods are excellent and well kitted out. Anything not in the pod is available in the clubhouse to borrow. The underfloor heating also makes sure they're not just for the summer months. Nick was a great host. Would definitely recommend 👌

Superb. Amazing friendly welcome, cute pods with double bed and sofa bed, microwave, hob, shower, electric sockets. Definitely staying there again.

Located in the middle of nowhere, so nice and quiet.
The cottages have hot tubs and there is a separate shared heated swimming pool.
The place is dog friendly and being so secluded there was no problem having the pooch off lead almost all the time.
For those interested in going for walks, several public footpaths cross through the site.

Booked as a short break where we could take our dog's. The accommodation was comfortable and had pretty much all we needed. The pool was good , plus the table tennis and enough outside space to enjoy and Walk our dog's . We will be going back!

Beautiful glamping pods. Have everything you could possibly wish for. Perfect for families and dogs welcome. Reasonably priced and a great area to chill. Lovely club house area, fire pit, bbq, play area and swimming pool.
