Th is is a lovely place to stay. The welcome is very warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the views and animals are a photographer's dream. Highly recommended

Lovely stay. I couldn't cope with the smell of the drains, every time we used kitchen sink we had to vacate the premises. I am pregnant though so could just be me!

Wow What a lovely relaxing place to visit. You only hear the sound of birds and bees. The owners are so welcoming. The accommodation is very nice. What a lovely place Definitely going to visit again.

Family members were staying here a few days & they loved the cottage, as did we on a visit there one of the days. The owners were very friendly & the cottage sweet & homely. It's dog friendly, too, so the family pet was also welcomed & he enjoyed trying to play with the owners (totally uninterested) cat. 😄 Very nice cosy, comfy place.

We have just returned from an amazing weekend at Comfort Cottage. What a lovely, tranquil cottage. Spotlessly clean, and so warm and cosy. Alan and Joyce are such lovely hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The beds are so comfy and the grounds are so relaxing. Alan even let us help feed the lambs which really made our weekend. Such great value for money and we will definitely be returning as often as we can. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Most definitely worth staying here.

If you need to escape stress or flee from a fast paced environment this is definitely the place to head to! On arrival we were greeted by the hosts Alan & Joyce- two of the nicest most genuine people. Oh and two little lambs that followed Alan & Joyce like pet dogs! Walked into the self-contained cottage and sounds daft but we all said we felt an instant calm. It was so quiet and cosy. There were four of us on the trip, young baby three adults and our dog who was also made very welcome. We were a bit worried taking the dog, but the cottage has its own private courtyard where he could wander free or bask in the sun. There were all the mod cons, oven, microwave kettle.. be a great place if you’re keen walkers too-and if I’d booked for longer there are some amazing walks, the views are forever changing throughout the day, you can see for miles around. Definitely going to return, I have never slept so good... even the baby slept all night!! Thanks guys! Pleasure to meet you and thank you so much for allowing my partner and I to bottle feed your lambs, made our day.
