West Wales Holiday Cottages

Customer friendly conversation, prepared to find out our queries with the owner and response back was quick. Would have liked to know that response result by text as we don't use a smart phone and only open our laptop emails from time to time. Our phone no was taken, we thought, so we would be contacted this way----being picky about this as an email was sent quickly, just so you know our thoughts!

We booked Owls Hoot for a week, it was brilliant, lovely accommodation and grounds with some of the best views over the bay and Aberporth. Bit of a walk to the beach, ok going down but a bit harder getting back up. Lucy the owner was incredibly accommodating and Ben the dog kept our dog busy!! Would recommend a stay, one of the best holidays we've had.

This will be the 4th year holiday I have booked and accommodation has been superb so I trust West Wales Holiday Cottages. It helps also that I love West Wales.

Great communication from start to finish. Very helpful and quick with information as we did book last minute. Would return in a heart beat. It is a lovely bungalow in super surroundings and lots of fabulous walks

After booking i was phoned up with a query within a couple of hours as i'd inadvertently but my child's age in the number of children which would have exceeded the cottage capacity, this was quickly resolved and proves that they take care in vetting the bookings which is very reassuring

Great website with plenty of lovely cottages to suit all budgets.

We booked Ferwig at Cross Inn, near New quay. The service was fantastic it was very late notice and they were so helpful. Loved the location and wonderful cottage too, definitely will book again.
