Happy customer @ Gatwick Airport parking

They were waiting for us at the car park on time. It was easy to find them.
Return procedure was smooth, the car arrived when were approached the car park.
Would definitely recommend! Will use them again if the price is still going to be that great :)

STAY CLEAR. My car was returned to me damaged on our return from holiday a few days ago. The operator parked it in a dark part of the car park at 1 a.m even though there was no one around and we were clearly waiting for it at the door - perhaps the two things are connected. Either way, my email with photos have been ignored. I intend to take legal action.

Terrible! Worst meet and greet service I’ve ever used. Waited 30mins after I called for my car. Driver went to the wrong terminal (they have your flight details and we spoke on the phone to confirm the correct one).
Before flying I had to drop one day because my flight got moved. Despite making a fully cancellable/amendable booking no refund for the one less day was made.
Pay slightly more and go with Maple Parking or one of the many other providers. Last time I book the cheapest option.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they used my car, Range Rover SPORT whilst in their care.
Firstly, the mileage has increased significantly since I gave possession I would estimate approx. 2-300 miles has been added as indicated by the diesel exhaust fluid changing from approx. 1300 miles to 990 miles
the additional points
1) On entering the car there has been spilled drink all over the back of the driver seat as shown in the pictures. This was also on the rear door both inside and out.
2) On arriving home, we found a bow tie that was left in the car as shown in the photo further proving the car was used for some occasion
3) A green base as shown on one of the pictures was found which would have been used on a fake rose, alien to the environment.
4) All the door handles are dirty with grease similar to make up or food
5) Glitter was found in the rear of the car
6) On opening the boot, the following day, I found a coat hanger, hair pin and the flower part of the suspected fake rose
7) There is a paint chip on the boot door where it would have been automatically opened possibly in the low ceiling car park.
8) One of the bonnet air intakes in missing presumably they were driving at a very high speed or pulled it off with force

I've been waiting for 7 days to get a reply, apparently they have CCTV which they can review but for sure there will be some issue with it.

DO NOT USE! I used them at Gatwick - terrible experience. They will steal from you (in my case sunglasses and chewing gum from the car). They will keep you waiting a minimum of an hour when you collect your car, every person having the same experience. They will lie to you when you call (“it’s on its way”, “40 minutes max”), if they answer at all. When you email or call them, they will not respond, it's clear they don't care. Take my advice, pay a bit extra and live a nicer life.

Terrible! Do not book! Staff are unbelievably abusive after loosing our car key! Telling us to get a taxi home, he doesn’t care because it’s not his business. After two hours we suggest that our next step is to call the police to retrieve our car and the staff tell me that he’ll make the police a coffee and they can help him look for the key. They swore at me and stuck their fingers up at us. Still waiting

I understand it has been a fair few weeks, but I’d like to draw your attention to a terrible experience my family had with your service
We arrived back on September the 9th and was due to collect our car at the south terminal, only to be told on the phone to come to the north terminal. We call to pick up our car after getting through passport control.
On arrival to our north terminal pick up point we couldn’t locate our car, after 15 minutes we were approached and ask what our car reg was, then told it was below one level. We ask how long it has been there, we were told 10-15 minutes.
We went to pay for our ticket and it quoted an hour and a half, the time on the ticket was 9:30, we were still in the sky at this point and hadn’t even called to let you know we had landed. We had to pay a fair bit of money due it being there longer than 30 minutes.
If you’d like evidence I can attach the packing ticket picture and the parking pass that was placed in our car by you.
Completely ruined our holiday. Especially since we had to walk a pretty long distance from south to north terminal and then you’d lie to us and brought our car early

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked with this company to park at Cophill Gatwick in April, When i got there i was advised that they had no record of my booking so i ended up paying twice. since back i have emailed the company asking for a refund and no body has contacted me to help sort this out........
