Held to ransom (£40 added fee) as flight was delayed three hours. Had two new born babies waiting in the cold at midnight and asked for more money as the plane had been delayed! Do not use and will not recommend in the future…

DO NOT USE! Awful service and was left waiting in the cold with new born baby as they were demanding £40 for release of the car!

Lying about terms and conditions and tried to charge extra for plane delays… clearly states that you do not need to pay for delays

Absolutely awful experience, zero flexibility. Wanted to arrive one hour early due to queues at the airport but they did not want to send a driver. On the return, we were charged extra £20 for shortening our stay. Cash in hand, no receipt. Rude driver.

AVOID at all cost.

Scammers, who take your money, asking cash extra to bring the car earlier, making you wait for one hour to drop off the car.

Other trading name - EXPERT Meet and Greet.

I suspect they park your car somewhere in their private homes/or empty fields and you have no knowledge of where your car actually was. Typical business model in certain countries.

Heathrow becomes a cheap rundown place with such ‘companies’ that if you can actually call it a ‘company’.

They appear on various comparison sites but under different name/s. Be vigilant.
Unfortunate for us but now lesson learnt.

Put 58 miles on my car when left it with them for a week. Was getting calls from my car tracker company saying it's being moved daily. Could see on the map that it was driven to a Nuffield health car park and the driver even had the AUDACITY to leave his gym membership card in my car door and I found it a few days later after collected. ABSOLUTE FRAUD

Demsnd £20 cash without invoice or receipt for the minimum of time differences.
Avoiding tax??

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They demand £20 cash how ever small you miss the time of drop off or collection. Won't provide invoice or receipt. Totally against HMRC regulations.
Drivers and office staff very rude and threatening.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Their website makes them out to be very user friendly with no mention of the £20 penalty. That is far from the truth. Their drivers and operations desk are very rude and threatening. I reiterate AVOID AVOID AVOID If you have forgotten

Gave them one star as can’t give half - half only because the first customer service assistant a lady was very polite and helpful as I had arrived a day late to pick up my car.
However what an appalling attitude the customer service guy had. Not willing to listen and very aggressive over the phone. They brought my car at LHR to the drop off parking which they are not allowed to do. The driver had the nerve to lie to the airport security and say I asked them to bring it there yet they instructed me to go there as apparently the terminal 3 short stay parking was busy. I found that very appalling as she started speaking to him in her language lying, thank God the security saw through it and told her off.
NOW the major problem is the driver damaged my driver side car seat and it does not adjust then she tried to deny she had adjusted the seat. It was clearly adjusted as it was not in my normally position anymore. When I range their office I spoke to the guy at customer service who was extremely rude and very aggressive over the phone and had to hang up and he then tried to call me from different numbers which I of-course ignored as I felt harassed . These people do not care about your vehicle, only care about money it seems. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE SERVICE.

Such a shame as my experience dropping the car off was pleasant but the young arrogant guy at customer service should not be dealing with people, he gives the company a negative image. I will never use these people again.
