Heathrow Valet Parking Terminal 3

Not hard to find and easily to find a place to drop-off someone. Costs £5 for the drop-off, sign posted on the way in, but doesn't mention ''ONLY ONLINE PAYMENT''. No barriers on entrance or exit....or ticket machine. Every entry costs £5. Can be paid online before of after arriving. When paying online the section asking for your card details everything is in French. Poorly organised.

Worked well with a simple drop off / collection procedure.

Only negative was that the kiosk was unmanned and customers are directed to call a mobile number.

I ended up waiting around 15 minutes for someone to turn up.

It's Huge specious and clean But London has a great Mix of all countries.

Appalling signage, good luck ever finding it! Nothing exceptional or convenient about Heathrow Valet Parking service.

The most awful experience ever. Used the valet service in Dec, when my family and I returned a month later, they made us wait in the cold for an hour. I had communicated my arrival time via email, and had received a confirmation from the attendant as well. But upon arrival they took my car to the wrong terminal and then were so rude about it. I had my little baby with me, and then did absolutely nothing to help accommodate the situation. I emailed the same attended voicing my concern and it's been over a month and no response. There's no manager to talk to and no one taking responsibility, paid £300 for something I could have just done myself and probably would have been way faster. We weren't the only one they messed up, there was another lady there with a similar issue, thankfully hers was resolved quicker than out situation. Never again and don't recommend to anyone.
