Star Parking

We left our audi a3 in the care of star parking while we enjoyed 5 weeks in Thailand. Having returned to Heathrow our car arrived filthy, ok we thought (having travelled for 18hrs we just wanted to start our journey back to Devon)

Once the car was cleaned we discovered why it was left filthy, the car had multiple scratches over the entire surface from the roof to the door panels.

They have since refused to do anything about it so and have distanced themselves from the issue..

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Very upset with Star Parking. Used them to store my car while away over Christmas. They had driven it over 60 miles, and after leaving the car park, I noticed many scratches all over my windscreen, obviously caused by some lazy de-icing. I understand this is an employee issue, however I’ve tried to contact them and have had no response. Very upset about this. I would definitely not recommend.

Arrived at Terminal 5 to discover that they have somehow allowed both my car battery and the key fob battery to run out (I only left my car with them for 2 days). Total incompetence - no driver here to pick me up, denial of responsibility, including ‘we have an operation to run and can’t be sitting around sorting out your cars’. Expensive and absolutely not value for money. Stick to Heathrow Express.

I have been using them for many years so far it worked well, every time I use them for my business travel. Also its good to see the same known faces.

Don’t use them. Took 40 mins to bring the car to the pick up point and then we discovered that Prescription driving glasses had been stolen from the glove compartment and car had been used whilst we were away to collect stuff from Argos as receipts and paperwork were left in the car.
Do not use them. Not trustworthy.

Star did a great job for me. I dropped off at terminal 5 and was picked up at terminal 4, very convenient.

Not professional service at all.
They don't have a dedicated stand at heathrow, so although the paperwork said "once you arrive our chauffeurs will identify themselves" - this didn't happen. We had to chase them with more than 1 phone call. Then on return, they told us (and the paperwork said) to go to level 4 - where we had originally dropped off. Then got a random call from a different number saying to meet us on level 5, because if they came to level 4 they would have to charge us £5!!! Totally disorganized and would never use again. Steer clear if I were you.
