Got the parking notice.and got the letter after 14 days so I have to pay full amount, so meanwhile I try to pay online,there online system is doesn’t work ,telephone doesn’t work bank transfer not found on system. So my question how can I pay ur bloody parking ticket .

Pathetic.... issues a fine for doing a U turn. Definitely not paying
