Our car was left with sure parking meet and greet and was used while we were away. We calculated around 150 miles used since being left in their care. The convertible roof had also been used as they forgot to raise the roof cover in the boot to allow for our suitcase to fit.

We called to complain and ask for their mileage log as we had taken a photo and was told to email the office. I don’t think I’ll bother as these people are clearly untrustworthy and judging by the latest reviews I think we got off lightly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHODDY & SHOCKING.

Called as per instructions on slip given (after baggage collected) only to be told there’s a delay. “Go treat yourself to a coffee and we’ll be a soon as quick as we can”. Not great for a family with young children. Car arrived very late with a dent in one of the doors. I made representations at the time, took pictures and was told to email details once I get home in order to make a claim.

Fast-forward a few months and Das at Sure Parking has washed his hands of it, stating it was pre-existing damage and quoted a totally unrelated segment from the t&c’s attempting to wriggle out of it.

Shocking & shabby company. Will never use again or endorse.

The service was fine but the price is a bit of a rip off. They quoted an extra £7 for airport drop off charges but when j booked this increased to £10 for no apparent reason. When i came to drop my vehicle off they then said i had to go onto the gatwick drop off website and pay again...twice...once to drop the vehicle and once for pick up... and if you don't pay yoh get fined. So the actual cost was £20 more than the quoted cost

I recently used Sure Airport Parking and the Experience was shocking!!!! I had to return to pick up my car 10 mins after leaving my car as flights were cancelled, I explained that I would be returning the next day and the car will be parked for the same duration, I got charged an extra £35 CASH only I was told and waited over an hour to get my car back! As I had already paid for the duration I returned the next day. I was told no extra charges even if I am a day late as they understand the issues that has been happening. I called on my return and had verbal abuse from one of guys on the phone, he demanded another £15 and told me I have no say!!! I explained that I was told no charge but happy to pay if I have to as I just wanted my car back and to get home after being stuck at the airport for 2 days, he would not listen and kept shouting at me, made me feel extremely concerned and worried that some damage would have been done to my car. I got my car back, paid the money and drove he feeling very shaken up. I will NEVER use them again and the company should not be operating with how they treat paying customers. Please avoid Sure Parking!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service I will never be using them again - sure parking.

A man was extremely rude over the phone shouting we said we was collecting our baggage we couldn't help the slight delay we would be there in 5 minutes. The man was so Rude! My partner asked the man for his supervisors number or contact details for complaints he refused to give the details he was interrupting and getting hot headed to the point he turned round and said I quote " go away " for a service and not a cheap one I might add absolutely disgusting if there was a 0 or a minus I would have chosen.

I will be taking this further and finding the complaint details what ever you do don't book with the company terrible, terrible, terrible.

I am also not the person to ever complains or writes trip advisors however, I am so shocked with the utterly terrible service and lack of respect we was shown.

DAMAGED my alloys. I left my brand new i4 M50 (quite a rare car at the time of writing this) with this company and received my brand new car back with a scuffed rear alloy. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I was originally told to contact their office and have since been told they state they’re not responsible (still waiting to see the document I’ve signed however..).. no sincerity even offered.

Absolute cowboys, DO NOT use if you care about your car.

The service I paid for was 4 stars, tge damage to tge car was a let down. The service after this date was a disgrace, I has take 2 months tens of call email and an application to small claims court to get the money. Only 1 person can deal with complaints, he was on holiday on and off tge whole time, only works Wednesday and Friday once tge accepted blame it took call and emails then a claim to small claims court to get paid. As a company you let yourselves down.

I used Sure Parking meet and greet twice once at the beginning of November and then the end of November. On both occasions my new Mercedes A class was damaged. First the wing the the windscreen.Picked up late at night dark and cold. Signed the document.The driver was in a rush to get away. Did not accept responsibility. Won’t use them again. True what they say you get for you pay for. Disgusting.
