Easy to find and seems secure enough.
But make sure you are aware when you book that after 6pm there is no transfers included in the charge because there is no bus 🚌 available so you have to use a code on the gate at the parking area.
Also you have to phone a local taxi, that is going to and from the port of Dover.
So make sure when going to catch the ferry you allow plenty of time in case the taxi service is busy.
And make sure you have charge on your phone.

Fantastic Service, simple secure parking with very friendly staff and transfers. no waiting around, they are ready to meet and greet when you arrive and even when out of hours access is easy.

We have used Port Parking a few times and never any issues from booking to collecting on our return. Staff are always friendly and polite, they offer a shuttle service to the port. Nice and secure site. Easy to find. Highly recommended

Excellent service here. Received a phonecall the day before my reservation explaining all the details that were sent through on email. On arrival, really friendly guys there that were happy to help out.

The parking side of things seems to be a secondary business to their primary business, but that hasn't stopped them from taking pride in providing a great service.

Be aware of the free transfer times; I took my bike so didn't use the transfer in either direction, but there is a steep hill back up to the parking (which was very difficult on a Brompton)!

As I arrived back on a Sunday evening I was given a gate code to get access and retrieve my car - all worked flawlessly.

Even received a call from the team whilst I was away to check that my car should be making the noise that it was (it had turned it's own fan on in the hot temperatures to cool the car down)!

Can't recommend enough; I'll be using again for sure.

We have always used Port Parking Dover when our cruise was departing from that port. The depot was only a very short distance away and we have always been extremely happy with the service provided. Alas Port parking have now moved to Cheriton near Folkestone. Our initial experience was good. There was a mini bus waiting when we arrived at the base and in the usual way we were transported to the cruise terminal, all very good. So how disappointed we were upon our return to Dover. We waited for over an hour and a half in the chilling wind. Its the first time this has happened and I imagine it's linked to the move. So unfortunately I will be searching for a Dover based company in future. Unless Port parking decides to move back to Dover. Maybe the answer is more vehicles on busy days.

Excellent, fast friendly service to get us to the port. Long cold wait - currently 45 minutes - to transport everyone back to their cars at the end. Disappointing.

Very good set up, nice and near the cruise port. Efficient and pleasant staff, from our arrival to getting on the minibus and to the dock. On returning to Dover they were again brilliant waiting there for us and a faultless hand over of our car. Would definatly recommend & will use again.
