Rising Brook Car, Van and Motorhome Hire

Fantastic experience from Rising Brook. Friendly staff always happy to assist even at short notice. Even after a non fault accident in one of their vehicles, they were so quick to get everything sorted and happy to lend another vehicle to me!
Will definitely not use anyone else and recommend to every body!

Superb rental experience. Clean van both inside and out with adequate fuel to not have to fill up within a mile of pickup. Made sure as much as possible my load would fit the available vehicle as it was an awkward size. Even allowed me to leave a car on site so I wouldn't have to get somebody to drop me off or pick me up. Fast speedy service at both pickup and dropoff. Highly Recommended.

We hired a motorhome from here 2 weeks ago and decided to do the nc500,the motorhome was perfect for what we needed it for,the trip was great and the staff at rising brook are so friendly and helpful.we will be definitely using them again

After a 2 week hire of a 6 berth motorhome from here I can highly recommended these guys. The van was great, really comfortable, easy to drive and the beds were very comfortable too.

Amazing car van or motorhome hire company.
We hired a Luton van for the day , aside from the usual wear marks the van was spot on and very clean inside . If your after a van go give these guy a shout , definitely will use again if I need a van or car or motorhome for that matter .

The rental process for a Luton van for moving home was quick and easy - I just booked the time slot online and reserved it. On the day, the staff were really friendly and went through the process. The return of the deposit was really quick after returning the van as well once the checks had been done, so all in all I was really happy with both the service and the range of vehicles to hire as it's often hard to hire a Luton van over the weekend.

We hire quite a few vehicles as we a promotions company and we can’t fault Risingbrook for their professional manner… always so very helpful … courteous and polite. Yesterday when we collected a vehicle for hire an extremely rude woman was there to collect a van that she had not made a booking for .. accused the gentleman behind the counter for being arrogant and rude when actually the only person rude and arrogant was her!! Never the less the gentleman dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner … she then threatened to put a bad review online!! I was there!! She was incredibly rude.. aggressive and the arrogance from herself was disgusting! This company always bends over backwards for all its customers … I know if she hadn’t been rude they would have gone out of their way to help her. They are always so understanding and more than fair. I have used Risingbrook for sometime now and would never hire from any where else now … Thank you Risingbrook for the professional way you deal with all situations and your kindness to us when we were stuck!! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough
