We are a family business that put a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. We hire only in South & South West Wales, United Kingdom. Genuine reviews are always welcomed. We have had no dealings with the reviewer from USA. We have no record of Trish Wheeler in our booking system or any recollection of what would be a rare & memorable event and have reported both comments to google.

We phoned Brisco after being let down by Thifty, it was late Friday afternoon and we needed a 7 seater to take my daughter and her friends to a theme park for her birthday. They had 1 there and even stayed open late waiting for us to get there. The car we had was great, near new and spotless. I cant fault Brisco and would recommend them to anyone.

Disgraceful service! The woman was rude and told us they had a van available on the phone . When I dropped my teenage son and husband off there and had to go to an appointment- she turned and said there wasn't one! They then had to walk alone a treacherous lane with no paths to get to days rentals who thank goodness had a van available. No apology-nothing. Avoid brisco like the plague!

Friends/Family recently used, all said they had Brilliant service. Variety of cars, vans and always have them available. Always reliable, Highly recommend.

Hired van at very short notice after a very tragic experience at the large hire centre in garngoch. Was given a really good spec crafter van that was an absolute pleasure to drive. Customer service second to none, wish I’d gone there first. Thanks for saving the day and getting me on the road!!!

Great service! Tidy vehicle and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend hiring a van from Brisco. It's worth paying a few pounds extra to get the quality of service that you can no longer get from the larger nationwide companies that are advertising locally.
