Choppa Vapes

Had 2 faulty vapes 1000 big fox turned out was a manufacturer fault, I had paid for one then sent replacement which also did not work but I received an email apologising for this and I was sent 2 new ones and one was an extra for free. Wonderful service will definitely be back

Really wanted to give it more but sadly its just gets worse the more i go. The customer service skills of one staff in particular is poor and wont give 2 of the same flavour. Went for 2 aroma kings and was told the only had 1 left (same excuse ive had the last few times ive been in), leaving me no choice but to buy a flavour i really dont like or want. I find it hard to believe that on 3 occasions ive manages to get the last flavour of that particular disposable ecig. 2 stars only because Umar who i have spoken to one a few occasions is great. Shame really because the owners is a great guy who has grafted to grt the shop to where it is. Experienced ruined by this one staff member. Will be driving into Bburn going forward.

I can't express how happy I am with this service, very quick and everything came absolutely spot on! Every juice I ordered taste's and hits amazing, will be definitely ordering from you guy's again :)!

Disappointed. Nothing wrong with the device, but after purchasing the recommended ecig for £25, found that another ecig store down the road is selling the same ecig with 2 free eliquids for £17.99. sadly will not be returning to shop here 😏

I've always struggled to find my sweet spot with eliquids from different companies. Choppa vapes was recommended to me in one of the vape groups on facebook that I'm in. Choppa vapes have finally catered for my sweet tooth in noc salts and I honestly would not go anywhere else to purchase anything vape related. They're own range of nic salts are completely amazing and they have kept me off the nasty stinkies after I was spending a fortune on disposable vapes. I couldn't go back to smoking rollies ever. Recently my order got lost with royal mail but Abu sorted it straight away for me and resent my package out but I asked for a mystery of nic salts on my previous order history and wowwww ...... did not disappoint me, was a nice surprise to see what I got. Felt like Xmas hahaha. But any how...... if your looking to quit smoking and want to save £££s from buying disposable vapes, then choppa vapes are the ones to go to, the guys who run it are extremely, helpful, kind and friendly, theyre expertise in the vaping world is amazing and they have completely helped me get off the rollies.

Amazing, excellent customer service, had an issue with the next day delivery and it was resolved straight away, couldn’t complain about it, excellent range of disposables just brilliant overall
