Have to say, very good and friendly staff, large variety of vaping machines and liquids to choose from. Reasonable price range.
Could do loyalty discounts etc.
But cant complain.

I am a regular customer and I've never had a single issue. The staff are so polite, well mannered and professional. I feel so welcome with my frequent visits. One man in particular is more like a friend than just the standard employee. Very helpful information and always points you in the right direction and gives his honest opinions on vape juice. And as we have similar tastes he has never let me down yet. Would give 10 stars if I could as every member of staff is higher than expected. Not many shops about where you can have full blown conversations but kept to a professional level. I'll always choose this store to keep local businesses running.

On Sunday I made an order but it didn’t say when the delivery would be so yesterday I went into the store and a man kindly told me everything I needed to know. He said that he had no control over orders and stuff like that, very understandable.
Today I got an email through, I thought it was a order confirmation but it said my vape was out of stock so a very helpful lady named Charlotte did everything in her powers to get me another color vape to me today. I didn’t even ask her to do this, brilliant service.

Semi regular customer for a while now, stopped on on Thursday, new guy was brilliant! Very helpful and knew exactly what I was on about when I tried to explain my issue (very badly) to him! Left happy, thanks again!

Been a regular customer here since shop opened, last visit to buy new rda like to thank Rob for help and time he spent explaining all the new stuff avalible, after buying Kylin v2 Rob said if I had any problems coiling and wicking pop in to shop and he would be happy to help me out.

Good selection of juices - lots of choice on mods, tanks, coils etc. Questionable staff however - didn't seem to know much about the products.
