New to the world of vape the vape I got the v88pro pod from a different shop which is useless the vape I got on Thursday the 7/04/22 the guy was extremely helpful very nice explaining how it worked in detail I was pleased with the service I received I’d like to know if the bigger bottles of e-liquid would work with the limax vape device as is really love to have the candy floss flavoured one I would highly recommend VPZ in Sittingbourne I had no issues with the advice I was given

Always use this vape shop, Jo is the nicest person you’ll ever meet, never fails to help with any vape advise and never fails to suggest really nice flavours for any season of the year! 10/10 would recommend!

Hi there just wanted a say a huge thanks to the wonderful staff at the sittingbourne vpz shop for there service today they were great and extremely helpful I give u more that a 20******** rating for both today and the first visit on the 7/4/2022 to the sittingbourne vpz shop I’m very happy with both of my purchases from u guys thanks so much for changing my coil in my Limax vape device & sorting out the settings on that one and on the new one I purchased today u were so understanding towards me especially as I was getting confused cos I’ve got servere learning disabilities but u and the team put me at ease I really really do appreciate all that u do to give me help and advice in ur store hope u keep well and have a great rest of the week and anytime I need anything vape related I’d appreciate any assistance u can give me so much U made my day today I think extremely highly of the people who work in the Sittingbourne vpz shop cos they take the time to listen to me and they cared about me they were polite and respectful and Courteous towards me they didn’t try and rush me when I was getting in a middle

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Was sold a vape off the display shelf and when I got home realised what they had done and that I had tried it in store when other customers had handled it. When I complained I was told that it was OK and that it would not have been on the shelf long. How do I know other customers had not handled it, in this time of covid should this be happening. As far as I'm concerned it was not new as it was unboxed and a display model. I should have been sold the vape in a sealed box. Consumer rights.

The staff are helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of vape juice and vapes for sale. Only downside for me is they didn't have something that I needed for an older version vape.

Lovely, friendly staff. Always know what I want as soon as I walk in. Very affordable prices for good quality products!
