Appalling Service from Jay - Despite having a loyalty points card and being a regular customer he refused to serve me on the basis that I didn’t have an ID on me. Even though my girlfriend provided her ID he still refused to serve me - he said we both have to have IDs on us. What a joke of customer service and I drove all the way from Crystal Palace. Disgusting person and it reflects on the shops policy as well.

The lady that served me was very polite and friendly, she was also very helpful in explaining the various types of vapes there are and what would be best suited for me to use. I would definitely recommend this place.
