My experience at this shop was first class, i came away with exactly what i was hoping for. The staff couldn't do enough for me and listen to me, very professional and friendly. Thanks to these guys i have not smoked a cig since i walked out the shop and not even been tempted.

It used to be my favourite shop but not anymore. Choice of e-liquids is very very limited and there's hardly any on shelves and it's the same with coils. I kept coming back there to check if anything changed but walked out disappointed every time so I don't go there no more. Shame really. Sorry guys. Will change my review once you make some improvements.

These are the most disgraceful I've been with in the last 4 years - my vaper had lost it completely within less than a month due to the battery being so poor. I discussed it with them, they did nothing but shrug their shoulders - items are poor & staff completely useless.

Brill shop I use it all the time, the lady who seems to run the shop is always so lovely!! Bought a vape once and within a couple weeks it had broken, went back in to get a new one and as only had it for a few weeks she just gave me a new one! Lovely staff and lovely place

I've just been in to purchase a e cig. Before I went in,I knew absolutely nothing at all about e cig. But they explained everything I needed to know. They were polite, professional,and knowledgeable about everything. I'm definitely recommending this place to anyone,and I'm only going to use this place for refills. It's nice to see good customer service.

Fab place extremely helpful and informative. Have been in their shop numerous times and they go above and beyond. Today I called to place my first order for home delivery and all went smoothly. Another business in our town centre worth our support.
