My mum, uncles and aunts went with this company this year. If they could give them a zero-star rating, they would. Avoid this company at all costs.

Imagine paying nearly £6000 each for a 'luxury' service.
Forget luxury, they didn't even get the basics. The allocation and organization of the rooms was an absolute disaster to say the least.

They were told they would get a private room, they were given a mezzanine room, which required them to go through other pilgrims rooms, inconveniencing both my relatives and other pilgrims.

With regard to the coaches, pilgrims were herded on like cattle. This company are more concerned with cutting costs, than with the safety and well-being of their customers. Customer concern clearly was not their strong point - one old lady was left in the hotel lobby for hours, she was very unwell and no one went to assist her.

When things seemed as though they could not get any worse, the company manged to lose two items of my relatives luggage, denying any responsibility and claiming that my relatives were at fault.

Overall, there was a lack of any co-ordination, very poor time-keeping
and a complete disregard for the safety of those under their care.

I do not think I have ever came across bunch of unprofessional, unorganised, clueless, luck of common sense in individuals to run a business in my life. Yet they boast they have many years of knowledge and experience in this field.
I booked 2018 Hajj package with them which was a quad sharing room. They offered me the package £5400 with non-direct flight and £5700 with direct flight. After their sweet talk and upselling persuasion I took the £5700 direct flight package. Before I took the package I explained to them in details what my requirements were and they assured me that this was the package that meet my requirement perfectly. They assured me that there will be only four people in the room, sharing one shower and toilet and there will be no extra people sharing the facility. I asked them three times and they assured me that I have nothing to worry about and everything is exactly as I requested. I asked for the hotel name but they only said, it’s in the Clock Tower and I didn’t think there were more than one hotel Clock Tower so I didn’t pursue.
When I got to the room, there are 10 people sharing one room and two toilets and one shower. When confronted, they were going into some technical details which does not even make sense and as I was in the State of Ehram, so I couldn’t even argue and they were also in the State of Ehram while they are lying to everyone.
Duration of the trip they have been so disorganised. Contact number for the organiser did not work because apparently they “lost the sim” and did not bother to inform people that they lost the sim. No communication with the guest what so ever. Guests were finding out information from other guest which changes all the time.
They messed people around so much, specially this one old women, she got lost for few hours on Eid day. She try to contact the organisers but couldn’t get through because the phone number don’t work. Then they messed up her room in Madinah, keep moving one room to another. She was crying and when she found one of the organiser and telling him that she is not well, finding hard to breath and no one checked up on her to see if she was alive and that she trying to contact the phone number of the organisers ( which she was unaware that numbers were lost) and couldn’t get through, the guy just stood there with an annoyed expression that it is not his problem and that she should just deal with it. It was very hard to keep sabra at that point.
My return flight wasn’t a direct flight which they charge me extra £300 for a direct flight.
This is just a brief description of string things that went wrong. I would not recommend any one to use them for anything. If someone can lie to you point blank in the holiest place in the world, I would not do business with them even if my life depends on it.

Oh boy!! Where do i start. So, booked a Hajj package (2018) for 4.5k a head .You would think for 4.5k they would manage to arrange simple travel while we are here on our pilgrimage. Yet we have had to pay out of our own pocket to get around sometimes. Despite the fact, the hajj package offered "air conditioned coach" for our travels. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. BUNCH OF COWBOYS. BETTER TO BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

Went to hajj 2018 with this agency,
Bmt cut corners to save a lot of money,
Me and husband paid £11000, the service we got was disappointing,
They were a 2 bmt brothers which were nice and guided everyone and were helpful but the main organisers
Were invisible.....
We paid for food during the 5 days of hajj, and the food we received I wouldn’t give that to a DOG,
Believe me I was starving and stayed hungry the 5 days!!!
On eid day when we went to Makkah to do twaff e ziyarat we paid out of our own pocket and had a meal from the clock tower... and again starved the next 2 days till the stoning was finished and we went back to Makkah,
The did the contract with the cheapest food caters to save money,
370 people in the group so imagine how much they saved.
Don’t give as meat at least give us some simple food even daal roti so we can at least fill our stomach.
95% of the food went to waste people were not eating it
So much food went to waste and hajjis hungry
Allah is watching

When we went to madina airport our passports were handed to 1 person in the group who I was sharing a room with in Makkah
She was handing them out, random people were taking the passports from her!!!!
Peoples travel documents!!!
If mine went missing or got stolen I would have been stranded in Saudi!!!!
Organisers were invisible at the airport
I did not see 1 of them, at least do the right thing and hand out the passports urself PLZ!!

The scholar that came with us was a very nice polite helpful brother
2 bmt helpers like I said were good but the main organisers was a big let down.

Allocating rooms in hotels was a joke,
They were invisible again
We had to fight and take our rooms with other hajjis,
Everyone was doing what they pleased
Bmt did not help at all during giving hujjis there rooms,
It was 1st come 1st served basis
Only once they did a head count, that was when we were going back to airport for take off,
They didn’t care if people were missing after hajj,
They didn’t bother to count.

I saw other groups and they were so organised, their leaders helping them even at madina airport when they were checkin in there luggage, ours were invisible, I saw no one.

Plz all hajj group leaders give what people have paid for instead of just thinking to save money some how,
It hajj not a holiday.
People have been saving for years and waiting for this
Don’t spoil it for them
Fear Allah

I recently just went to ummrah alhamdulillah with two of my nieces and elderly uncle and auntie. We had booked the tickets 5 weeks prior to our flight which was on 23rd October 2019. Initially there was only 3 people going for the price of £1200 inc visa per person.

2 more people were added, you would have expected a little bit of a discount right?!
Wrong.

Anyways, we are going to a holy place we didn’t care about the money, however we were lied to by the travel agents. We were told it the hotels were 4 stars and 5 minutes walk from masjid al haram!
Wrong again.

It was a 15 minute walk to the mosque, I’m 26 years of age Alhamdulillah it was not a problem. But for my nieces and uncle and aunty this became a very big issue. Going back and forth from haraam to the hotel.

Anyway, the hotel was not 4 star it was 3.
I was expecting a better service but what’s done is done. I just don’t want anyone else being charge heavy prices and promised things they can’t keep.

We went for umrah back in 2018 with the family. That provided a great services ensuring everything went smoothly as and when we landed in Jeddah airport. All the ground transportations arrived on time; the hotels we’ve booked in Makkah and Madinah were genuine 5* hotels and the ground staff ensured we all checked in very quick and he out as all within the same floor. Their Ziyarah staff were all multilingual and have provided an efficient ,educational and entertaining Ziyarah tours throughout the journey. I will Inshallah book my Hajj with them too in the future Bi’iznillah.
