No complaints, nice gym, friendly knowledgeable staff but very quiet at the moment. Come on members the staff are lonely 😊

Did the stage 1 accreditation for track cycling unfortunately didn't pass but keen to come back and get it done! Scary at first but settled into it after a few laps. Agree with our instructor 90 minutes would have been much better than 60 👍

Excellent instructors, helpful staff, good equipment (though some spin bikes need some maintenance).

Lovely clean gym and quiet even in peak hours. Has a good selection of equipment. Probably not for the serious lifters but it has enough for most gym goers. Unfortunately.... I've fallen into that category.

Brilliant. We've just signed up for a membership and Rob was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment gets wiped down after each use which you are responsible for. All facilities and equipment are easy to use and if you're stuck, staff are happy to help!

The time trial of Oliver Bridgeworth, the eve of the flooding a few yrs ago. Great place to hold an event. The stadium is clean, tidy and worth visiting on any occasion.

Had a great day watching. Free entry. So worth while. Just wished that some of the Newport live staff were a little friendlier.
