I like the vets themselves and they look after all 4 of my animals really well, but in 5 years of use I'm yet to be seen at my appointment time. Zero issue for the dog as he loves meeting everyone, but the standard 15-20 min additional wait adds extra stress to an already stressful experience for the cats.

I've been taking my pets (gerbils) to Vets4Pets for over 5 years now and I can't rate them highly enough. They're understanding, kind, and always put your pet's welfare and comfort first. Luke went above and beyond to save one of my gerbils during lockdown, when I thought she was a goner. It would have been so easy for him to say that euthanasia was needed but instead he drained her abscess and she was like new again!

just about satisfactory, difficult to get appointments, some vets excellent, some don’t seem to appreciate the nature of the medication they are giving (monoclonal antibody for arthritis). Appointment changed because vet not available - then the vet wasn’t available at the altered appointment either. Charged more for second lot of medication despite it being from the SAME BATCH NUMBER

I have just a week ago had to have my westie put to sleep…. It was by far one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make but I have to say that our vets in Loughborough were truly amazing…. From when I rang on the Saturday spoke to Callum, explained what we were going thru, to going in on Monday & making that final decision and following that decision to its end was so professionally handled… Julia was very sensitive around it all and made pinky’s end a very peaceful ending… But also they allowed our other dog Parsnip to come bak in and see her little friend at peace… we wanted & needed Parsnip to know she wouldn’t be coming back home.. which by taking her in I feel she knew that… Pinky has been with V4P for a long time & had struggled with diabetes for more than half of her life… Sam who looked after her in her early transition to becoming diabetic was amazing but then Luke took over so between an amazing reception team to totally professional vetenary team she has given them many challenges throughout her life but they’ve been amazing all the way… So I’d like to just say a very big thank you to you all…. You did a great job in looking after her right to her very end… Many thanks to you all…. Denise Coy

Good service and knowledgeable staff, some staff seem to push treatments other vets state aren't needed. But apart from this I highly recommend them.

Good vet. We have had experience over three different dogs and although much of it has been extremely traumatic, the bad parts have been treated with compassion and the other parts with sufficient expertise and knowledge.

Couldn't ask for better staff from the receptionist,
Nurses and vets. Were treated with such compassion as we had to have our German shepherd PTS.
