We had to have our beloved black labrador laid to rest. Never did I think it would be so hard. The guys and gals here were so very supportive and was given as much time as we needed. Very helpful and very sincere as they looked after our boy till the very end. A tough moment in life made a lot easier at this wonderful vets.

Been there with an injured cat, went 2 times for initial treatment, once with a nurse but told to come next day to see a vet. Charged consultation fee twice, then had to come back a week later for follow-up assessment. Charged again, not used to that as always only been charged 1 consultation fee for repeat visits for the same issue at other vets.

But like most other vets nowadays, they're over-priced which IMHO is a major reason for so many pets being abandoned or put to sleep when they get sick.

Now while I've moaned about the costs involved with this issue. I can't complain about the staff at London Rd. Vets who were very kind & gentle with the animal and tried very hard to help the family find a workable solution. The premises are well laid out and very clean. I would almost certainly give them another try in the future simply because the staff quality was 2nd to none and that's hard to find.

All I can say is that there an amazing vets my boy Bailey was with them for a few years unfortunately we lost him on the 29th June and London Road vets were so patient and kind from start to finish and delt with everything with dignity and respect even down to a personal hand written card and bunch of flowers that really made us great full that we chose this vets all those years ago no doubt we will be back at some point in the future 💙

I normally attend the Downham Market practice but on this occasion for continuity of seeing the same vet for my GSDs cyst attended Kings Lynn instead.
Dorian was the vet who treated my German Shepherd and gave her a thorough examination and explained the way forward for her ailment.
I have full confidence and trust with the vets and staff of both practices in treating my pets.
I would one hundred percent recommend these guys.

Amazing vet and staff. Thank you for all your help and advice. Answered all our questions, quick to act on our poorly puppy's treatment, he's made a remarkable recovery and doing great now. So helpful and kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

Fantastic vets and vet nurses. Our elderly hounds receive fabulous, first class care here. Everyone goes the extra mile.
