Lovely people, genuinely care for the pets they see, easy to get an appointment during regular hours

The vet who dealt with my puppy was so lovely and calm. She talked me through everything and explained what was happening throughout the whole appointment. The girls on reception we’re also very helpful and the contact in person and over the phone has been brilliant. I have definitely chosen the right people to take care of my puppy. Thank you!

I was very nervous about my puppy’s surgery and everyone at in the team was so reassuring and understanding of my nerves. They took extremely good care of my pup and where there for me when I was concerned after surgery.
They got back to me about my concerns and made it a much nicer experience for me.

Reception staff and manager are fantastic, really knowledgeable and caring and helpful. Got an appointment for xrays at short notice following an operation a few weeks back. Would highly recommend the practice.

We have been using this vets since it opened and have only respect for the staff that work in the practice.

What I don't like is the attitude of the manager who didn't acknowledge my psrtners complaint or didn't seem to care about the complaint or lack of care our dog received in October by a member of staff. My partner felt like he was judged because our dog is nervous in vets in general. He also complained due to felling like our dog wasn't checked over properly because in the guys words who saw our dog "his heard our dog is naughty".

We have now been advised to take our dog else where. Shame the practice manager dose not have the same customer service experience like the staff who work in the vets.

Below statement from vets4pets is a lie, shame they are unable to tell the truth. Clearly making out customers to be the bad guy.

My cat was a little ill so decided to bring her here as only heard good things and it is best vets I have ever been! Right from the first call, everyone was so friendly, clear and explained my options. It is the first time I have been to the vets and not felt pressured into paying ridiculous prices. I would definitely recommend this vets and I am glad that I now have a vets that I can take my cat to and not dread the whole experience. Thanks ever so much Vets4Pets Blackburn :)

My large Labrador needed to be weighed to ensure that he received the correct dose of worming and flea treatments. He was reluctant to get on the scales. The receptionist managed to persuade him and was lovely with him

Compared to all over vets over the years the waiting time when arriving for appointment was minimal, separate areas from cats, very clean and separate area to weigh dog prior to going in. Staff polite and courteous.
