It was the first appointment after experiencing difficulties at a previous surgery. From the minute I made the first call to leaving the practice after the appointment I can’t speak highly enough regarding the compassion and care provided to my little dog. I was genuinely surprised and believe I now have a little dog that will never love a trip to the vets but will no longer be so terrified that she will almost pass out with fear. That’s down to the caring and patient attitude of the lovely vet. A simple thing like having nails cut will not be a stressful and upsetting experience for my little dog and for that I am extremely grateful.

the receptionist was warming and welcoming. every question i had was answered quickly and respectfully. the vet was kind, helpful and broke down everything clearly without speaking down to me. he answered every question i had and i left feeling happy about the service i got and glad i got the answers i needed. 10/10 vets!

We have visited numerous times with our three cats since this branch opened and are always very happy with the treatment given.
Damon has seen our cats on multiple occasions and is very good with them. He is also very fair in letting you know which would be the most cost effective routes (unlike our old vet who insisted on always taking bloods for £600)

We have always found the prices to be very fair compared to our previous practice and the staff all seem to genuinely love animals here

It is lovely and modern too at this branch

If I could give ZERO I would! 7 months on I’m receiving phone calls for a booster vaccination bill that was covered by a pet plan! Myself and my mum bought our dogs that are sisters for their jabs under their pet plans.. the plans were due to renew the following month and we had phoned to check if we didn’t renew that the dogs would be entitled to still have their booster jabs, we were assured over the phone that even without the renewal the last payment would cover the jabs. Now 7months on only one of us receives a call to be told we owe money? When I explained I was given a poor apology and that I had been told wrong and still had to pay.. yet still no call for my mum and her dog. Wouldn’t trust a word that comes out of their mouths! Couldn’t have been treated more poorly if they tried! Customer service was shocking and because I’m no longer a pet plan holder they couldn’t give a toss!

I have a polydactyl cat who is a house cat and I have tried clipping his claws but it is so very difficult and stressful for both him and myself. I was made to feel very comfortable and not a nuisance when I called to make an appointment for him. The nurse took him out of the consultation room to clip his claws and said be was an absolute angel. She also told me to keep a check on his claws 4-6 weekly and to bring him back as he was a ‘special’ boy with his extra digits. Very caring.

The receptionist was like a robot with no warmth or empathy. Everyone in the vet was shocked at how she spoke to us not even comforting us when we were crying but rather telling us that despite my dog choking and bleeding that we should have made an appointment. The other receptionist was lovely and got me a tissue but the one we initially spoke to shouldn’t be there. She clearly has no love of animals or any respect about how we as owners might feel about them.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the treatment was extremely expensive, I felt both myself and my pet were given very good service and support.
