People avoid that place !
It's a rip off and not good service!
Vet can speak even good English to communicate and explain what is wrong with pet and what they have done . All the time referring to my male cat "she" even thou I told him it's HE. My poor cat had stones in his bladder so they charged me £285 just for inserting catheter . What is more I was told I need to bring him for check up following day and day after. I brought my cat for check up . There was no one to help vet to remove catheter so I HAD TO ASSIST. Packed my cat to car and receptionist knocked my window to tell me there is a charge of £20 for today .
What for ? Check up supposed to be for free and even I had to assist to remove it !
Vet kept saying that check up was for free but not removing catheter .
RIP OFF ! Never again .
Heard bad opinions before . Now can only confirm!

This really is the best vets I have ever used. It is small local and everyone there is lovely. There prices are resonable and they 100% all about the pets. Lovely place.

This practice is fantastic. My vet is called Stole and he is brilliant. He has looked after my pets for years. All the staff there are super helpful and friendly. Last but not least, everyone there is very knowledgeable and do their roles excellently. Highly recommended.

I have a dog that has tested positive for food allergies and now my other dog is showing the same. The advise I got from Ruth at the practice on what food I can give them was excellent. She took the time to explain everything and knowing she was also drawing in her own personal experience from her own dog, who also has allergies, was so reassuring. I was so frustrated until I had the conversation with her and I am now fully armed with knowledge on diet to make the right choices. Thank you x

The vet at this practice is very helpful and extremely good with nervous dogs. I highly recommend. I also feel that they dont push for unnecessary treatments and they actually care about the animals.

My dog had his first fit. They were very suppotive when I telephoned them as he was coming around. Honestly so lovely.
