Companion Care - Enfield

I want to thank all the team from Enfield Companion Care from the bottom of my heart for looking after my pets so well for many years. I was so lucky to have such knowledgeable, skilled, competent and caring vets. Since I moved out of London I have not been able to find a decent vet and I have already tried a few. Sadly our dog Oscar has passed away recently and I still do not know why he died and if this could have been avoided. I believe that if he had been under the care of Companion Care, they have would have saved his life again as they did in the past. We all miss you very much. Keep on with the excellent work!

The team here are incredible! Anisa was so so kind and really went above and beyond to help me and my pets. The vets are nice and really care.

Reception were efficient friendly.The lady that did my cats injections was very friendly and explained things well she was very kind and caring great service . 👍

They don't care about your animals just the money. Go somewhere else so your pets get the urgent care they need.

Despite asking multiple times for Companion Care (or lack of care?) to stop texting me re giving flea medication to my pets, they still persist in sending the annoying texts.

Given that the so-called flea treatment they gave us previously was completely and utterly useless, as well as ridiculously expensive, all their texts do is remind me of how annoying that appointment was and what a huge waste of money it was, and that they can't cope with a simple request.

I am not going to waste yet more money, time and effort requesting that they stop sending texts, yet again, but I hope they might actually bother to take notice of an annoyed review.

I could, apparently, respond to the texts they send, but, guess what, I would have to pay to do so. What a cheek!

Same experience as others, had misdiagnosed my cat on previous visits. When concerns were flagged originally. When my cat became unwell, wanted to charge ££££ in tests, even though it was evident this was not required. Google searches and other vets/second opinion, did a better job than these people. I understand in some reviews you would receive harsh criticism from recently bereaved clients however it's now been years on since our interaction and I'm still upset with the experience received. I have found much better vets who care for my babies and don't try charge for every test under the sun for absolutely no reason. I can't believe this has happened to so many other people on here with the exact same experience and they're still running. Just because they're convenient and attached to a pets home, doesn't mean you should trust these people, who care more about money than their patients welfare/best option. I would rather travel hours than to ever step foot in the Vet section again!

She's have a new bed. It's good to come here, all I need for my kitten and my dog ​​is in one place.

They used to be good but lately the management of this place is ridiculous. My wife took the sick cat on friday for an appointment, they waited for hours to be seen the vet took a sample of urine and said I will be called later on with the results .is Monday afternoon I called them already 5 6 times or more for a discussion with the ver and for results and always they said they are very busy and I will get a call later. I paid almost 200 pounds on friday to be played for stupid on my time and my money and my pet health which by the way is still not better. As I have not results yet I will head there just before 7 pm.their closing time to see what their excuse is then. My advice if you care for your time and for your pet go anywhere else. Shame as the doctor is good clinically but lack of professionalism and care.
