I attended the Padiham veterinary surgery with 2 dogs. 1 new puppy for a full check and 1 8yr old for annual booster. The vet i saw was absolutely outstanding. So helpful, caring and she listened to a few concerns i had and gave superb advice. The staff on the reception also outstanding, id spoken to someone on the phone when making the appointment and asked her a question she explained that she couldnt advise as she is not a vet but will find out and call me back, and she did. When i visited the surgery the receptionist on the day was very efficient, welcoming and informative regarding COVID. My family have been using this vet group for years and would definitely recommend it. Thanks Myerscough. X

Had an emergency visit which no one wants but it happens. They dealt with our issue very quickly and saw us very quickly without an appointment which we very much appreciated. Although we are still dealing with the issue they have been great throughout the process so far.

.y Dog is still under their care. True meaning of care apathy and empathy they have shown to my Dog.
keeping me well informed of all the procedures to once more getting my dog well on the road to recovery.
You'll find people with kind and sensitive hearts . When you walk through the door in to a Myerscough vets

Staff absolutely fantastic and caring when we took our 9 Yr old cat Fred for tests, which sadly turned out to be bad news. They gave us plenty of time when it was time to say goodbye. Very sad visit but made bearable.

all right, but I have a few inconveniences, if not that the vet confused his vaccinations and they refused my dog to the shelter, there would be a higher grade, the treatment of new clients is different, for example: the lady who just bought the plan got a welcome package I did not, the tag was not available discounts for the chip that Dog has and with the smell to get a 10f voucher, it would be okay but not there, maybe the situation will change and my opinion, I'm waiting
