Took my sons cat. The vet was a lovely lady whose family were from India. She really cared for the cat. Have her a thorough examination, and then an injection. The cat was much better the next day and has continued to improve

Some issues. Whilst the veterinarian services are excellent, receptionist not so much. We’ve been taking our 2 cats to Hillcrest for a number of years. This visit, when picking one of them up after a procedure I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist with the nose ring to finish a personal conversation before being acknowledged. When she had finally finished, I was cut off mid-question with a finger in the air and told to wait whilst she finished what she was doing on the computer. Rude and unprofessional - Hillcrest need to pay more attention to the staff they employ for customer facing roles….surely politeness should be the bare minimum.

Chris, Trina, and all the team , I can only describe as brilliant. My dog had to have an intricate operation on her foot, about 4 weeks ago. Their expertise, care and consideration both before and after the operation was wonderful. My dog is always happy , not nervous when visiting
Hillcrest. Thank you very very much.

Hillcrest is a fabulous vets. My kitty Peanut received wonderful care and attention from the vets. She’s had a skin problem and tummy bug as well. I’d highly recommend this surgery. Really friendly staff and good car park too.

Had my dog booked in for an operation, dropped him off at 9am as required, 2 hours later, received a phone call to collect my dog as they've cancelled the operation due to an emergency and they don't have enough vets now. I understand emergencies are unforseen but to not have a contingency plan to deal with the situation other than to cancel pre booked operations is ridiculous, that's a days pay I've lost for nothing and now I'll have to lose another day's pay for the operation my dog needs on top of the vets bill, and hillcrest aren't exactly the cheapest vets.

I always bring my cats to Hillcrest, they are always looked after whether it's a quick visit or overnight. I know I can trust Hillcrest to look after my pets.
