Medivet Loughborough

We have recently been transferred to Medivet Loughborough after our previous vet retired. I took our 13yr old spaniel for a check up, she has breast cancer and dementia. Knowing this the vets went out of their way to make her comfortable in a brand new environment. The check up was thorough and we talked about treatment options and what would be best for her long term. Very impressed with the set up, the vets and how they treated our situation. I know Nellie's in great hands in her old age.

Took my kitten here this morning and was placed onto the pet plan, such a lovely place to take your pets and well priced too. Very informative and professional. I also noticed the candle that they light when a pet is being put to sleep and that is so personal and thoughtful.

Everything went smoothly and the staff were really friendly. My dog and me felt safe at all times and they never tried to push anything extra than what was needed.

Amazing vets who helped me with my shepherd. She has made a full recovery now. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The vet was very thorough and patient with my hyper working dog. Totally amazing. Thank you 💕

My dog needed urgent attention when her regular, local vet was not available. Medivet Loughborough were very accommodating, saw her the same day and I felt she received the same attention & treatment she would have if they were her usual veterinary practice. I would not hesitate to visit the practice again.

Kind and friendly staff. Explained every option and gave me time to consider what action to take for my poorly dog. Appreciate the time given and the empathy shown.

Sadly my mother had to have her dog put to sleep today the vet was very informative and caring as was the nurse this made the experience calm and comfortable cannot recommend them too highly

I recently visited the veterinary practice for the first time and I was very pleased. The vet had a lovely manner, nothing was too much trouble, and I felt very comfortable with them.
They were very competent but were not afraid to admit that my guinea pigs may be better off going to see a more specialist vet - this is very much appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed or under pressure and all in all I felt my girls were well cared for.
I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
