We've been taking Jasper since he was a puppy. Keira is always lovely & friendly. Sadly, we lost Jasper on Monday 20th February, and they have been really kind, caring & thoughtful throughout. Thank you

Visited the local practice for pets inoculations. Vet was really nice very helpful and good with pets.
Needed more medication for animal. We can buy exact same product online 60% cheaper, though required a prescription from vets. Unfortunately had to pay £17 for the prescription from vets, which was sent to supplier. Information missing off the prescription so held up medication by over a week. Not very happy as price for prescription seems expensive and not completed correctly by them.

Words cannot describe there poor treatment with regards animal welfare.

Moving all my pets away to Animal Trust

Called to make an appointment for my children's pet hamster who is very unwell and needed euthanising. The lady on the phone sounded bored and fed up, was really dismissive of me and basically told me I couldn’t have an appointment as they were “double booked” for weeks! Ridiculous. Clearly they don’t care about animals.

It's not open that much nowadays as staffing problems and has got quite expensive lately.. but staff are fantastic and helpful when there.. its a she really my pug loved going there..

This was our first time with the vets. The young vet today for our neo was absolutely fantastic and very honest. Thank-you so much in our sadness you never rushed us. We we're able to spend our last moments with our furbaby. Brilliant vet. 👏 would really recommend. Very kind and caring x

Went for flea and worming treatments for my dogs. Was told I had to bring them in!?!?! An absolute joke just for flea and worm treatment I do annually at least. The cost of 5 mins in that surgery is an absolute joke. So now, I'll go to Pets At Home. Cheers
