Norwood Road Veterinary Surgery

We moved to Norwood vet after having a bad experience with our old vet and wish we had done so years ago. Our cat Wylie was ill and was given the best attention and care you could have wished for. Ellie went out of her way to make sure he had the most appropriate treatment. He unfortunately passed away while the surgery was closed but when she found out he had gone done hill she gave us a call to check on him. To top it all I came home today yo find a card from them wishing us well after our loss. Couldn’t recommend them enough, you can tell they really care for the animals.

Very warm and welcoming staff, extremely knowledgeable and insightful with a variety of pets and potential health issues. Always willing to fit you in as and when they can so you never have to wait too long for an appointment. All round a fantastic vets!

Very good vet. Provide Feliway spray and blankets to put your cat at ease while you're waiting.

I cannot speak more highly of Frankie and the team at Norwood Road Practice. We came to them after being dissatisified with another vet and we are so glad we did. The care and attention they gave to our cat, Mr G was incredible. We were given more valuable time to love and cuddle him, and for him to properly enjoy his last years before he sadly passed away in September. Thank you so much to the team and will definitely be returning when we are ready to welcome another pet.

I highly recommend Norwood vets from the receptionist to the nursing staff and the vet all are extremely polite, explain everything clearly and have always treated my cat Rosie with kindness and high quality care. I trust them to be honest in their assessment and prices. Thank you Norwood vets.
