Medivet Roston Drive

We took our poorly pooch to Hollycroft today. They squeezed us as an urgent appointment. Very impressed with them. They gave us all the options but sadly he had cancer. They gave us all the advice and we decided it was in his best interest to pass over the rainbow bridge. The staff were brilliant and so understanding at such a sad time

Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Very friendly and professional veterinarian who performed thorough examination of my dog. The medication was ready within a minute after examination and our dog is so much better only 12 hours after visiting the vets. Thank you

Amateurs. Took my dog in for its nails to be clipped, she came out with a bandaged foot and totally stressed out. Zero apology, no empathy for the animal. The treatment room looked like a butchers by the time the vet had finished messing around (see below). Do yourself a favor and try a different vets. One that knows what they are doing, if you can't cut a dogs nails without making them bleed after 7 years of training, you might want to consider an alternative career. And the the parting words from the David Summers (Vet)..."I'm not worried about it, it happens sometimes". I'll be taking my animals elsewhere and will be contact Medivet head office with some feedback.

Terrible, scant examine of my cat, nothing wrong ! He had lost 2 kilos in weight n wasn't eating. Straight to bloods test.
Cost me £235 for examine n tests, was told all OK, no advice.
Took to another vet, tumours in his intestine urine infection in urine.

Excellent Service, very easy to deal with and friendly. Knowldegable and really gave you a confidence that if anything did go wrong with the dog, they would be there to help

Attended Medivet today for our dog Wilf to have his yearly booster. Thankyou to the vet as she was brilliant at calming and comforting out Wilf before he had his booster.

Friendly Staff , always try there very best to book you in . Large practice & under pressure to cover the large demands of so many animals in our area .
Medivet as a national company now allows you're notes to follow on to any practice , so that's good .
Only down fall is as usual the costs .
