Ash Croft Veterinary Surgery - HARDWICK

We've been using Ash croft vets for nearly 12yrs, they've always been brilliant with both our golden retrievers. Our youngest dog Alfie had to be put to sleep last week at 13.5yrs old and the vet was brilliant, she was so kind and caring at this awful time, so thankyou Ash Croft for all the yrs of service you've given us.

Ellie truly went above and beyond to provide the best possible care for our beloved cat Archie. We had many consultations and health check ups performed by Ellie and she was always extremely professional and compasionate, helping us to understand how his health was progressing and which options were available to treat him.

Ellie has an excellent bedside manner with patients and Archie never seemed to be too distressed during consultations, even when he was having injections or blood drawn up.

When Archie's health problems finally became untenable and it was time for him to be put to sleep, Ellie made us feel comforted and gave us time to prepare before the inevitable time came. Archie went so peacefully and quietly and I'm so thankful that the whole ordeal went so smoothly and so gently for him.

I was forced to make a decision for the good of our poor kitten who was very very unwell and Mario and the other staff at Ashcroft were very accommodating, understanding and supportive when I got very upset.

A harrowing experience but made that little bit easier by caring, understanding and supportive staff.

Very good staff we're nice, and the vet doctor took there time with my bunny as speciale my bunny, is very inversely to be seen 🐇😊

Not as happy with the vet service today as in past. Overpaid last time but not told till after paid this time . I will still be going to them ,but hopefully seeing a different vet.

I have been going to Ashcroft for the last 18 years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and caring towards my pets. I have recommended them on more than one occasion and would continue to do so.

Best vets around.
My 9 year old spaniel is seriously ill at present and they've gone out of their way to look after her.
They're doing everything possible to save her and I trust them explicitly. They're so kind and gentle with her.
Not badgered about the cost at all unlike most vets.
