The vets here genuinely seem to care about the animals that they treat.
They aren't like other vets that will have you in at the drop of a hat to do a thousand expensive tests that your pet doesn't need. They are down to Earth, reasonable, and in my experience have been lovely.

The only down side is that they aren't very organised when it comes to sorting out the bill or dealing with worming and flea treatments, even when you pay for them via direct debit every month.

I've been taking my pets here for many years. They have always been professional and caring. Although they have now been taken over I still think they are one of the best vets around. Although maybe a bit understaffed.

We have been going to Buckley House for years but I wanted to leave a review to say. We have just had to have our pet put down. What a loving caring service. This is twice We have had to do this with Buckley, over many years of taking our animals to them for care. They made a very difficult day for us, less stressful. Simply wonderful staff and care.

We have had a great experience here. Gabby saved our cat’s life and we couldn’t be more thankful. The staff are friendly and approachable and pricing is very reasonable compared with other practices. We got referred here for a specific urinary issue and even though it is about 45 minutes from where we live, we will seriously consider using this practice from now on (certainly for anything urinary!)

I would totally recommend this Veterinary Practice. The staff were very efficient and friendly, especially Vet nurse Amber who looked after my dog as if he were her own. Excellent experience!

Used to be great, gone down hill so fast. Visited today for an appointment, receptionist was busy with other people fair enough. But, then completely ignored my existence and prioritised answering the phone. Then went and hid in the back room for 10 minutes, a delivery guy even turned up and couldn't make his delivery. I just left after waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time. Have no intention of returning. They clearly do not care about anything except getting money, as they have attempted to double charge me on more than one occasion.

Kind caring, very personable, definetly gentle care for my puppy… thoughtful and professional
