Culverden Vets

Excellent vetinary practice. They are part of a large group but this practice gives you a local personal service. Louise and Jess are exceptional and always looked after my two precious dogs so well I never worry about leaving them there. They are honest and always have the animals interests at heart rather than your wallet like other surgeries. They are a fantastic team and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I live in Crowborough and make the 20 min drive because they are that good when I have 5 surgeries on my door step. Thank you girls so much for always looking after my precious babies. Amazing service, we had a lot of questions as this is our first dog. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us what to look for as opposed to the usual "it will be fine" also followed up on the phone with us the next day. We also got in depth guidance on nutrition and general care all with in the inoculation appointment.

We were reccomended these vets and made a 45 minute journey to see them but we will only be using them now. The staff are fantastic and really care.

My dad was a Vet so it's very hard for me to trust another Vet to be as good as he was. We ways take our pets to Tom now as he actually seems to care about the well-being of the animals. I find all vets are extortionately expensive now but I do feel like I can trust Culverden not to carry out unnecessary tests.

A well run vetinary practice. Expert advice that gave us various options when our dog was ill. Brilliant, proffessional service. Offered a pet plan that exactly suited our needs. Friendly, helpful staff. Whats more, our dog enjoys going there. Excellent servic. Would thoroughly recommend.

Used this vet whilst on holiday as my dog got grass seeds in his ears. They could not have been better - they saw us straight away and removed them under anaesthetic the next day. Everyone working there was efficient, kind and friendly. I wish this was my local vets.

Took my poorly dog to the vets. They have been sooo helpful and patient about the whole process, medication and post op care. I dealt with a wonderful lady at the reception (called Jenny), she is one of the most pleasant and happy people you would ever come across in a veterinary clinic and she will make your day :)
We dealt with vets Vicky and Philip and both have been amazing. Vicky has been following up with her care of our dog (he was in a cone for over a month). I was very worried in the beginning, but there was no fuss with the vets completing the insurance paperwork, so its been a smooth journey. My dog is all recovered now, thanks to everyone at Culverden Vets :) If you are looking for reliable Vets, i would highly recommend this place.

My family have generally always used Culverden and having not needed to vist a vet in the 4+ years of having them needed to visit 3 times with 3 birds with 3 different problems in less than 3 weeks... and they were brilliant every time. I can't recommend them enough.
