I have been using these vets for at least 15yrs. The quality of care this practice gives , is outstanding. I can't rate them highly enough. The reception staff are lovely and always know what to say at difficult times. The nurses too are just brilliant. Each and everyone of the vets are passionate about their work, and eill never go anywhere else with my animals.

Having only just moved to kendal I was yet to register my dog anywhere. Last week she wasn't well and I phoned hoping I could get her seen but worried due to the virus restrictions i wouldn't be able too....how wrong i was. Fitted me in that morning and had a lovely lady vet who thoroughly examined my dog . Really helpful staff and nice practice....signed her up straight afterwards.

Swapped to westmorlands after a bad experience with vets for pets. I could not have been happier with their service over the past year. They are friendly and are always willing to help no matter how small the question or problem.

One of my dogs had the misfortune to acquire ticks near her eye whilst we were on holiday in Cumbria, far away from our local vets in Worcestershire, and quickly became quite ill. I rang WVG in Kendal in desperation, not certain they would see her immediately but they were absolutely fabulous: saw her very quickly, within two hours, removed both ticks very thoroughly and charged an incredibly reasonable fee given the great service they provided. If we lived nearer we would definitely want to have them treat all our dogs. Fabulous practice!

Called for my cat and got an appointment within the hour and medication. Quick and professional and very kind, caring staff. Thanks again!

We have a 14 year old dog that was passing and being sick blood, it was a Sunday and we are on holiday, vets for pets wouldn't see him but Becky from Westmorland vets saw him and did a thorough check on him, she gave us lots of medication as he was an old boy. Becky was very clear in her instructions for the tablets and very clear with her diagnosis. I am very happy and as we have a caravan near by, I am thinking I might register with them so when we are here we have a vets we can go too. Cannot recommend them enough.
