The staff are all friendly and really make you and your pet feel comfortable. Bruno absolutely loves Hans the vet and he is always so nice to Bruno too.

We contacted Vets4Pets Waterlooville over the phone to order our dog's parasite treatment. We were told we wpulx be contacted when ready,and this was done within 24 hours. Thanks to the staff at Waterlooville!

The best vets around, always there for my pets in a emergency or just flea, worm and a chat.

If the women , got off their arses instead of stuffing their faces upstairs at their desks at the vets department, and tried to help customers and their pets and do some work, then maybe, just maybe the place would improve. Unhelpful . Your paid to work not stuff your face

We've been taking our puppy to Vets4Pets in Waterlooville for the past year. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, Ted has been well looked after and loves his visits. Great advice, even better service and no complaints about costs. It's reassuring to know that he's in good hands, with a team that care about his wellbeing and have the patience to put up with his puppy ways.

I have been a customer at this vets practice for a while now and I can say every time I call I am greeted with a happy representative who always listens and are happy to assist. I have called for an urgent case on a few occasions and always get a same day appointment.
On arrival to all appointments I have been to, the reception staff have been super nice and the vet practitioners have all been thorough and professional.
I have a dog plan with them and is great value too. Always happy with the care and how they treat my dog.

Andy is, hands down, the best vet we have ever had the good fortune to meet. He advises on what is best for the pet but also considers cost for you if it won't be covered by insurance. He is honest and won't hesitate to tell you if time has come. Many vets will keep animals going for the money but Andy will level with you. Incredibly kind and compassionate and nothing is ever too much trouble. My dog is very nervous but he puts her right at ease. I wouldn't trust anywhere else the way I trust this practice. All of the vets here are lovely, the receptionists and nurses are incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't want my pets cared for anywhere else.
