Vets4Pets - Cleveleys

I moved here a year ago and struggled to find a vet practise that made me feel welcome and that my own pets mattered. I then found vets4pets Cleveleys. You are all so lovely. I will never go anywhere else. My dog Archie was put to sleep by Lindsay last December. I have never had such a kind and compassionate person. I was able to spend time with Archie alone and I wasn’t rushed to say goodbye. That has always been at the forefront of my mind when I think of my Archie.

My other dogs are all treated with kindness and are fussed over. The receptionist are so friendly and take time to explain things. I’m sorry I don’t know peoples names - thankfully I don’t have to come in with my pets too much! But you are all so wonderful. Thank you so much

The staff from the first encounter to discuss and book the initial appointment through to my cats check and operation were extremely calming and helpful, polite and caring. The premises was very clean and tidy and the ladies seem very committed to their work. I felt confident in leaving my cat with them for his operation

Charlotte was an excellent vet, in 50 years of taking my collies to the vet she certainly stands out with her knowledge, care and explanations and overall advice.
I am very very happy to entrust Teagans health and well being to Charlotte. Reception was also friendly and efficient as well as exceptionally kind.
Great to to have handy parking.
Would be happy to see more food and speciality items for sale. I’m used to buying Teagens food through the vet.

Exceptional, got an appointment within an hour, thoroughly examined, diagnosed quickly and helped after Ashely went to the toilet, scared in her basket.
Very clear on what to do with medication and good tips to get her to take them. Extremely happy

The staff are all lovely, they really go the extra mile to make sure your pet is well looked after. They are efficient, run to time, are fairly priced and empathic and understanding! Thank you

The staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a good location and the premises well laid out. I can generally get an appointment when needed and they are great with our dogs. We have had both neutered at different times and there were no problems. Puppy and annual vaccinations have a general examination and discussion of the animal too. We are very pleased with them

We have rabbits. Everyone there really cares. The receptionists are lovely, the vets knowledgeable and invested in the best care for your pets. It's not easy to find rabbit specialists or people that take them seriously as family pets so we can't be more grateful to them

I have just joined Vets4Pets and visited yesterday with my dog for his yearly booster injection. From start to finish the process was superb, Debbie at the main desk was very welcoming and friendly and vet Charlotte was also friendly, approachable and exceptionally caring and attentive towards my dog. He really got a lot of fuss and attention. Thank You!
