Vets4Pets - Eastleigh

Love this vets practice. I have used a few over the years. It does sometimes take a while to get an appointment but when you do, it’s thorough and good value. Very friendly too! Well done Eastleigh!

Called this morning at 9.10 and vet advised a visit on same day - offered time slot, seen and treatment plan explained.
Although the team were extremely busy, I felt they gave the upmost care and attention.

We have been a client of Vets4Pets in Eastleigh for over 6 years with our 8 cats and have never had a bad experience. Over the last few months we have been in quite a few times for various reasons and we have always been able to get an appointment easily and the vets are always happy to give advice and reassure us on any questions we have. Recently we have seen Mark, Sarah and Roxy who have all been excellent with our cats. I wouldn’t take any of my pets anywhere else.

I have seen a huge improvement the last 2 visits and happy with service. Staff on phone have been a lot more helpful and polite on the phone. Always a fabulous service from the Vets.

The staff were really attentive and interacted with Monty really well. He is a very anxious dog but definitely felt more at ease due to them

The lovely ladies on reception do an incredible job under pressure. They’re very caring, helping me many times with appointments for my cats at short notice. Today they were juggling calls, patients and the noise from downstairs with great patience, calm and grace.
Thank you ladies you are truly amazing at your jobs.

Such friendly and informative reception staff who are very knowledgeable and kind, such person centered interest from the vet who knows my dog really well and has lots of time for explanations if asked questions

When I moved to the area and got my new kitten I really didn’t want to used a franchised Vets. However this one was closest and I looked at reviews on here and thought I would give them a go. I am SO pleased I did! Do not be put off that’s it’s under a franchised name! They seem to genuinely care about your circumstances here and you’re treated as an individual. Mark always has time to answer an extra question, nothing seems like too much bother. The reception ladies seem rushed off their feet sometimes but are always so friendly. There was a gentleman last time when we were in the waiting room who was there to say goodbye to his best fur friend and he was treated with much kindness and respect. It was lovely to see him cared for so sensitively. It’s really reassuring when you can trust your vet’s opinions and feel confident that your pet will be well cared for.
