The staff couldn't have been more friendly , caring and considerate. Luna was happy with going with the vet and it was a positive first visit for her which will be a great foundation for any further visits if needed .

Have been with this vets for years. They used to be wonderful, but not so sure now. They cancelled a routine appointment understandably during lockdown, but made no contact to rearrange the visit. Took our pet to the vet on Tuesday 17 may, they couldn't say what was wrong and treated us like we shouldn't be there.

We have had nothing but issues with them. They don't update their records and charge you twice. They have terrible customer service and pass the blame if even take admit to a mistake!

I found the whole experience very comforting and knew my cat was in the best hands. The vet was very aware of my emotional needs and eased my mind. Tobe honest she was absolutely lovely and would not feel so scared if my cat has to attend another appointment. Lovely experience. Thank you.

The vet was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. All in all a very positive visit for me and Solly.

The VET with a foreign accent was absolutely brilliant, she had our pets health at heart and inform us of what's expected and what might be better options. She was amazing and I trust her completely

I was able to get an appointment in quick time, after turning up earlier in the day. so very satisfied with the service.

I would however like to see some written breakdown of the treatment(s) involved, as i can't always hear what's being explained to me due to a lot of background noise in the building - but i understand that would take a lot of the Vets time.

My pets always feels relaxed and comfortable during visits and all the staff are so helpful and really do treat and care for your furbabys like they are their own.
