Horrible experience.
Took my 3 month old rabbit to get her vaccinations and to trim her nails so they’re not as sharp.
The whole time we were in there, there was not a single bit of compassion or love for animals from the staff.

The whole place is baron and not a friendly environment. Dark, dingy and depressing. Our bunny was pinned down like a WWE wrestler, fighting for her life.
We brought in her own blanket so she could be wrapped up in her familiar smell but they said no.
It seems that money talks and there’s no care for animals in this place.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBIT HERE.
Our poor rabbit was left petrified with her first vet visit. Off to Vets 4 Pets we go.

Both my terriers are treated with great care and professionalism at Ambleside. I travel from Kidderminster to this practice in Worcester, so what does that tell you? Highly recommended.

Very good service kept informed plus reasonably priced excellent

Several times I have taken my dogs to the vets and they've always been looked after. Staff always have the pets health first and aren't money focuses. Reasonably priced too!

Great vets, really care about the animals and not the money! Have sorted my cats and dogs out swiftly and evennsaved my one dog from an allergic reaction that a previous veterinary centre caused. 100% recommend

I've never had any issues with any of my dogs. Straight forward veterinary service with amazing kind staff that really love animals (not just money, like some). Highly recommend

Ambleside vets, looked after our beautiful cat while she was sick over Christmas. She was 15 and very much part of the family . They did everything they could for her . We were heartbroken to have to say goodbye to her this week . Lauren and her whole team were courteous and caring throughout . They allowed us to spend time with her first , and to be with her at the end . They truly gave her the best medical care , and were so sympathetic at the end . I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend Ambleside vets . Who have treated our beloved Twinky over the last 15 years . Thankyou x
