Walkabout Vet

Excellent vet, visits your home which stops undue stress on your pets. Mine are excited to see him when he calls. This isn't the vet in photo lol.

We are very fortunate to have Phil as our vet. He is the most compassionate, caring, professional vet anyone could hope for. He is caring for our sick best friend at the moment and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Dr Phil.

We recently had to find a new vet and a friend recommended Phil ( the Walkabout vet ) and his team
In Wallop. Our beautiful old 16+years dog had reached the time in health when she had to be put to sleep 😥. They came to our house and were so incredibly supportive at this terrible time, and helped her slip
away quietly. So much compassion and understanding that we cannot thank them enough. So if you are looking for an EXCELLENT vet then look no more.

My first time seeing the walkabout vet with my two boys, Jasper and Binx, and I was so impressed! What a genuinely welcoming, lovely practice, and they were absolutely wonderful with both the cats. Sometimes when you go to a vet you can feel a bit like you're on a conveyer belt of customers they're just trying to get through, but not here! They took their time, gave both cats a thorough check and their vaccinations, and seemed genuinely interested to learn a bit about each of them. I particularly like the term 'luxurious' for my slightly overweight Binx, for which there was no judgement, just a little advice on food 😄

As well as being highly skilled, Phil and his team are wonderful with the animals they look after. They are so kind, and you know your beloved pets are in good hands at times of high stress and emotion. I can't recommend them all highly enough.

Can’t recommend this vets practice enough! After being let down by our regular vets we called these to help us help our little girl cross over rainbow bridge.. They came to our home and we’re so lovely throughout the whole process. We collected our girl today and they have really been so thoughtful and wonderful throughout, we really couldn’t of asked for more.. definitely going above and beyond our expectations.. I wish we had used this vets a lot sooner, don’t know what we would of done without them. Thank you for making one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do that little bit easier..

One very elderly and very grumpy little dog who is a bit "special" (deaf since birth, hyper sensitive to, hence very anti touch, hates strangers of any kind), everyone at Walkabout are wonderful with her. They are kind, mindful of her little foibles and have been amazing at focusing on her quality of life and keeping her as comfortable and happy as she can be in her advanced years. My dog would recommend them if she could and I trust her judgement!

Excellent and so kind. My cat was killed recently and I was given a card and flowers which completely took me by surprise. Vets are normally quick to take your money but Walkabout vets actually care about the animal and the owner. They're are amazing.
