When we got our puppy last year, I was a little reluctant about using this vet based on some of the reviews, but it is the nearest one to us by some way and we decided to give them a chance. The care they have given my dog Evie has been amazing and I really do recommend them. We’ve been seen to quickly when needed and the staff are all lovely. Sadly we’re moving out to the area so need to find a new vet but I just wanted to thank them for everything.

I feel very lucky that this is my local vet! I've been taking my cat Charlie there since he was a kitten, and the quality of care has always been top notch. Both Dr Emma & Dr Ben are very warm and willing to answer any questions I have. Also, this vet works seamlessly with Charlie's insurance, which means less stress and paperwork for me! The front office team is also great, they give each pet a little bit of love when they come in! Thanks so much for looking after us!

My dog Gucci has been registered at Medivet Barons Court practice for years now and I've always been happy with the service. The team lead by Emma are very caring and Emma in particular always takes her time to explain all the details and options which is very much appreciated. Highly recommended if you live in the neighbourhood. The team are wonderful and always easy to get appointments.

The care provided by Emma, Harriet, Ben, Bex, and team is compassionate and holistic. They work tirelessly to find the root cause of the most challenging cases (including drawing on their networks of other practitioners), and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that considers your pet’s wellbeing, your own wellbeing, and the practicalities of treatment. In my case, they’ve helped navigate challenges with pet insurance coverage and been mindful about recommending treatment that may not be covered.

There are few things more reassuring than a vet saying “if she were my dog, this is what I’d do.” I know Emma cares for my dog as if she’s one of her own.

My dog has visited many times in the last two years and her only complaint is that they don’t have after hours cuddle service—as captured in this photo.

We've been with the practice for 12 years despite moving a fair distance away as I can't imagine going anywhere else. Emma and Rebecca always take the time to explain everything and discuss the pros and cons of any treatment, as well as giving an honest and practical opinion when they believe a treatment would have limited benefit. When I went through the worst with one of mine, they and the wonderful nurses showed amazing kindness and compassion, sharing a few tears and a much needed hug (pre-COVID!). I feel that they always treat my pet as they would their own - who could ask for more? Thank you to the whole team!

Amazing all round. I was very nervous about getting my 6 month old rabbit spayed, Rebecca was so friendly and reassured all of my worries. She told me she has performed the surgery many times and talked me through the procedure. I have just taken her back for her post-op check up and everything is healing exactly how it should be, so thank you for looking after Pancakes so well! It can be hard to come across good vets for rabbits so I'm extremely lucky to have Medivet at the end of my road

They are very kind and look after our dogs well. We've been going for over a year with our Golden who has allergy issues and other on/off health issues - they are always ready to see him immediately and are very sympathetic over calls and in person.
