Amazing service again from all at the vets. Took my bunny in without an appointment as she had falling ill very quickly yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Really show genuine care for pets. Thank you all so much. Bunny doing much better today. .

Just because I had a outstanding small bill in 2019 they refused to see my injured cat, the vet name was Carlos and even tho they have a duty off care and I offered to pay the fee to get my kitten seen upfront they still refused!!! Unprofessional and uncaring

Me and my partner are new “puppy parents” and whilst my partner has always had family dogs, I haven’t and it’s our first together - The vet we met made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in the room. She was very knowledgable and confidently answered any questions we had. She was extremely patient with us and gave us lots of useful information and tips to help with Boomer. We hope to have the same vet for any future visits with Boomer!

Daisy actually belongs to my niece who also attended the appointment. The way all the staff explained what they were doing and the treatment to us both was absolutely fantastic and made her first experience of a vet practice less frightening. A big thank you to all the staff.

Very friendly and professional service. Dr Carlos Montero provided a clear and caring explanation of my cats surgical procedure and an excellent standard of care overall.

This vet will not listen to a dog owner’s concerns and make their mind up without even looking at your dog. Turns out my diagnosis was correct and left the arrogant vet a little miffed. A very poor experience after an originally helpful and professional experience at this veterinary practice. Will not return or trust with my dog.
