Amazing vets. Saved my cats life after she ingested lily pollen. Kept me up to date with photos every day and updated me regularly on how she was doing. They also dealt directly with my insurers so I didn’t have to have that added stress! Can’t thank you enough for saving Willow’s life! Xx

The WORST vets in the world. I brought a cat 4 weeks ago and didn’t know she was pregnant, she had kittens yesterday and today I found her in extreme pain and with a deformed, dead kitten hanging out of her. I rushed her to the nearest vets to me and they took her strait in. They explained she has an infection, will need a X-ray as they think she has more kittens dead inside her. She will need a blood test because of the infection, she may need a c section etc so my cat is extremely ill on the verge of dying. They asked for £500 upfront and I explained I wasn’t getting paid till Tuesday which is only 3 days way, the nurse said they had to phone the owner to ask if this was ok. After leaving my cat in pain for 15 minutes, they came out and said if I couldn’t pay the money there and then, they would have to give me my cat back and allow it to die…….a few hours later my cat has now passed away, she died a slow and painful death ALL OVER £500

Very disappointed with our recent experience here, from the very beginning it was all about money and not the care of our extremely unwell cat, after being taken in for an emergency appointment (but still had to wait 20mins) and agreeing to take bloods and get our cat on a IV drip it took over an hour to actually administer and complete (after being asked constantly about who was paying and had to sign a consent form after being sent home leaving our boy there with no mention of anything needing to be signed) unfortunately we didnt get the news we hoped for and it was agreed to lay him to rest. The first thing that again was made prominent was the costings, after receiving a copy and pasted email about the costs (stating another clients pet's name) they also seemed to be surprised that we wanted our pet carrier back but had also done paw prints which was a nice touch. I could go on in further detail but to be honest there was so much its not worth us keep thinking about it, it was a horrible day made 100 times worse by Voo Vets. We just felt that there was no actual care at this branch what so ever, we we certainly never be recommending or going to Voo Vets again.

Awful money grabbing vets!
They don’t seem to care about the animals just the money like other reviews have ALSO said!
Very unhelpful & rude lady called Jasmine.
Very upsetting experience I have had especially as it’s for the care of an innocent animal.
Don’t send your animals here, lots of other vets around.
I have now moved vets because of the experience!

Very poor communication between the vets and receptionists. One receptionist tells me one thing, then another tells me something different. It feels like they want to take you down the most expensive route possible rather than whats best for the animal and client. It's just a business to them and it shows. My cat is like my child and Ive found my experience there has been quite upsetting.

I was holiday in Surbiton when my dog needed veterinary treatment. I found Voo vets were exceptionally understanding and helpful, the vet was brilliant. I, cannot recommend them enough.

I would strongly advise to consider a different hospital for your beloved pet. Not only did my 17 year old cat suffer a dislocated leg whilst in their care they forgot to cremate him and left him in a fridge for a month. When this was reported they offered a 10% discount like I was complaining about a torn top I bought for m&s and then demanded payment.
When the vet reported the dislocated leg she fiddled about with it which was extremely insensitive and still stays with me to this day. Although they denied responsibility for the dislocated leg they advise they’d asked all staff in training to be more careful in future. I have since moved vets

Very efficient great care for my cat from Sam and support from Georgia to resolve insurance issues. Now thankfully settled in full.
