Previously great staff and care to my cats, but, they need to recognise that dropping the restrictions means just that. I'm sick and tired of waiting in the cold outside because some of the staff have not been vaccinated. That's their problem why should we suffer?

When my dog was there, there was only 1 member of staff who actually looked after him because apparently he was vicious. He was an 8 month old husky who only had his back teeth in coz the rest had mostly fallen out. So they wouldn't let him go toilet unless that 1 member of staff was there and she took him out.

You have to call to order flea and worming, it takes them up to 10 minutes or more to answer the phone and when they do they answer and say “I’ll just pop you on hold for a moment” and then your left waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes.
It’s so frustrating and awful service.

Not a great service at all this time and wont be going back. I have been taking my cat to this surgery for the last 3-4 years for her booster jab and they have always clipped her nails for free at the same time. On this occasion we were charged £10 for the nail clipping on top of the booster fee which has also increased from £49 to £56 by a total of £7. All in all a total amount of £66 for a 7 minute appointment.
Especially now in times of high inflation and economic uncertainty like this, where many people are battling to make ends meet, you may want to look at your business model if you want to keep customers.

I just want to say with the help of vet Linsey there my little dog who was diagnosed with pancreitace over a week ago. Gave me the medication for her to take at home really helped and is now on the road to recovery. Linsey is a very good vet there in cheshunt. He even said get her on veterinary food witch I did. And it's really helped her tummy. Also I've been giving her reiki that's helped too. Thank you Linsey.

First time I've been here. Absolutely fantastic vets and staff. Took my puppy today and because of what I described over the phone they fitted me in within the hour..

Personal and friendly staff. Lindsay is just an amazing vet and I couldn't trust anyone more with my fur baby.

I’ve been going here for many years now and I feel I have a good relationship with all the staff. I trust these people with my animals.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful, Lindsay is a top vet with many skills! I put my animal’s life’s in his hands.

It’s been tough through the pandemic but these people like myself have worked through it so they could be there for our animals, take a moment to be kind and patient. They’re going through it too 💕
