I would like to say a huge Thank You to George, Sarah and the team at Churchcroft for Harry's recent treatment. Harry is 13 years old and has suffered from chronic arthritis for many years. Having been told by our previous vets that nothing more could be done for him, we came to see George. Since then, Harry has had the benefit of the Aquamid injection which has been amazing. The results are beyond anything we could have hoped for. He is like a puppy again!

I accidentally left some currant buns out and my daughter's cat ate them. A late night visit to the vets was necessary just in case. George was brilliant and gave her cat brilliant care. I was very impressed with the attention we received, even at 10pm! Would definitely recommend to my friends with pets :)

We left this practice over a year ago due them constantly making us put our cats under GA for dental work. The final straw came where they wanted our cat to go under for a 4th time (!) at a cost of over £1000. That's when we became suspicious and got a second opinion - as suspected, the new vet told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with both our cats teeth. Our previous vet when we lived abroad also never diagnosed dental problems.

We've been at Priory Beeston for over a year now and to date, not a single dental problem has arisen. I've given it some time before posting this review as I wanted to make sure our cats were in fact in good health after all.

This practice are known to over-diagnose dental problems with pets because they can make money off of it - there is a local Facebook group where this is mentioned countless times by many individuals. Sadly, our cats are missing most of their teeth now because the vets at Churchcroft removed them unnecessarily. Read the low rating reviews on here and avoid. George and Julia, please don't bother responsing as my account of what happens still stands, and I have spoken with many others who experienced the same issue - this review is to warn others.

Not a great experience. I signed up online for pet care, input all my information, only to be asked for all the details again on the phone as i was told the online portal does not always work. Not surprisingly i was asked a third time by the vet for the same details. In addition to this, my file also kept causing confusion when i was at reception, meaning long waiting times for what should be simple transactions. Small confusions such as being asked to pay for the first instalment in person, when i had already paid by direct debit made me lose confidence in the accuracy of their charges.

I think most disappointing of all is that i felt i had to email my queries regarding account charges, just to avoid the repeated mix ups and long waiting times at reception. Even an email took over a month to respond to after chasing twice and being told somebody was looking into it.

I have taken my pet off the pet plan and registered at another practice with more competitive prices and an efficient service.

Think the Pet Plan is a great idea. The practice gets back to us quite quickly
Always get an appointment fairly soon. Never feel rushed
Staff are very friendly and caring

We went across to Churchcroft after a bad experience with our local vets. Churchcroft have been amazing with us and have given our geriatric Labrador Jasper the gold star treatment on every visit. Most recently this summer Jasper was diagnosed with lung cancer. The Churchcroft team have been by our side every step of the way. Today they came to our house while Jasper was in bed with myself and my partner to guide Jasper on to his next journey. His passing was so peaceful. Thank you all at Churchcroft, we love you. Good night and god bless Jasper

Only having registered our 3 cats 2wks ago, an emergency app was required on Saturday for our beautiful 3 legged Tilly. Blood tests taken and returned yesterday for ultrasound biopsy etc the diagnosis was as suspected by George, it was terminal liver cancer, we had her home overnight and slept by her side. Our other 2 cats were watching over her. We made a heartbreaking decision today and returned for George to put her to sleep. We honestly can't thank them enough, Poppie was exceptional also the rest of the staff we had contact with during our visits, they have taken everything out of our hands to deal with Tilly's insurance which has taken a lot of pressure off. Thank you all so much
