Mildmay Veterinary Centre - Overton

We've had nothing but professional and kind help from Mildmay Veterinary Centre. Good service and considerate and kind staff. We've had our animals looked after by this vets for years. We've never found them too expensive and have always been impressed with the quality of service

Could no longer stand lack of professionalism from one of the receptionists, she is most of the time on phone dealing with private matters, arrogant and could not care less about you waiting there. Just registered my dogs elsewhere.
There prices are bit too high as well.
Vets themselves are ok.

Staff are really welcoming. The vets take a personal interest in the animals, not just another check up etc. Very happy with the service here.

Always compassionate, friendly and efficient. The vets are knowledgeable and give practical, thoughtful advice.

It has a lovely village feel, backed up with a professional, efficient setup.

Support staff are cheerful, patient and kind.
Lots of on site parking too.

Depending on which vet you see, Midway Vets is either excellent or just average. Our last visit was not as good as our first visit because the vet didn't explain everything to us.

Our pets are always so well looked after. All the staff always really listen to and understand each animal’s needs and go out of the way to help them. Best vet we’ve ever had!

5* Friendly understanding vets.

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff were amazing. I had an emergency last week with my dog. We Visited the emergency night vet at Mildmay and then the veterinary centre the next morning following their advice.

All night and day staff made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout.

Another thing I was really impressed with was that they tried to keep the costs down.

My dog is well on the mend now and I'm so grateful to the staff
