Clent Hills Vets

Took Lily to see Alice at Clent Hills at the weekend as they were covering for our usual fab vets.
Lily had become unwell and I didn't want to wait in case it was progressive or serious.
Great practice and treatment. Hopefully nothing much more serious than a sprained hip +/- knee, she is a very bouncy terrier usually. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend.

5 stars. My dog was treated recently as an emergency. Very happy with the treatment my dog received. Everything was explained thoroughly to me about his care. The vets are knowledgeable and professional. On the day my pet was ill I was upset and worried and I was treated sympathetically and kindly by support staff also. Would recommend.

It's only when your pet becomes unwell do you really understand the true value of great vet. We can never express our gratitude in words to vet Laura and the team who helped our dog (& best friend) get better. We changed vet practice to Clent Hills, after experiencing below expected standards of care and it was the best thing we could have ever done for our dog. Within only 3 months our dogs progress is phenomenal and better than we could have ever hoped for. All of the team are so kind, patient, compassionate and their care for animals really shines through. Can not say thank you enough to Laura and all the team for giving us back our engeric, fun loving dog!

I had to visit here recently with our OAP Beagle we aren’t registered, and certainly are not local as we live Scotland. Rosie became very unwell very quickly with a number of problems and previous underlying health issues. It had to be an emergency appointment but we were met with friendliness kindness and care. All the staff we met made us feel that no matter what, Rosie’s care and well being were the only thing that mattered.
If you live in the area you are very very fortunate to have such a high level of Vetinary expertise and staff who really care about the animals they treat.

Absolutely fantastic vets! I’ve needed to use them with for my cat for vaccinations and also for an emergency procedure on my cat due to difficulties in swallowing. They were amazing and looked after us so well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our pets. I highly recommend their service.

Took our kitten Minnie in today to get an ear infection looked at and we were seen by Barbara who was brilliant. So smiley and chatty with us, made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us and Minnie. Really friendly and knowledgeable, couldn’t fault a single thing.

Kind and Compassionate!! We unfortunately had to have our 15yr old Labrador PTS today. Every staff member was wonderful. Such kind words and treated us and our fur baby with compassion and dignity. I would not want to use any other vet and can't recommend them highly enough. They made such an awful event much more bearable, Thank you xx
