Otter Vets

Otter vets are very caring I have 2 dogs and the care the receive is the best care. Staff are friendly and very caring they always welcome you and give excellent care and support. I would highly recommend otter vets.

Conveniently placed practice in the centre of town with a fantastic team. The first time I've not felt rushed out the door in order to stick to an unrealistic appointment time. Great care was taken with both of my dogs and the vet let my little girl listen to my dogs heart through the stethoscope which she loved!! 5 star service and a 5 star practice!!

Had some very sad news this week, our beloved kitten got hit by a vehicle and some lovely person took her in to this vet and they tried everything but sadly had to put her to sleep due to injuries. I would like to thank the team for the positive and kindness they gave me and my partner. Thanks for the little card etc was so sweet and we was very grateful. They go out of there way to help and support people in hard times ❤️

Bright, warm and very welcoming practice. Given good clear advice and information by vet and reception staff were lovely to deal with.

The vet came out at very short notice on a bank holiday weekend.

Polite and helpful

A wonderful local vets serving Ottery St Mary area and beyond. They look after our 2 dogs an elderly Jack Russell called Tess and a 3 year old miniature Dachound called Molly, all the staff are so hopeful and friendly you could not ask for better.

I’ve been using Otter vets for over 10 years from hamsters to cats and now dogs the service and staff there never had any problems very happy :)
