Clent Hills Vets

Yesterday Merryn was spayed and we can't thank Will and the team at Rubery enough for taking such excellent care of her. We were especially anxious after losing a young dog last year and they really helped us as well as her. I know we aren't alone as family members have also had really positive experiences with the other surgeries in the group.
Just a couple of hours after getting home she was enjoying the evening sun and then settling to sleep with her pal - Orla - even if separated for the night by a gate!!

Such a fabulous practice. Staff are very caring, knowledgeable and love your pets like their own. We had an emergency and I raced down there, no appointment and our Rabbit was seen in seconds. Thank you so much. They look after our other two both have had surgery no problems. At all. I highly recommend this practice.

I can't overstate how impressed I feel after taking my dog Nissa here today for the first time. The whole team went above and beyond in their warmth and friendliness. The vet I saw was extremely kind, patient, and helpful despite being tired at the end of a long work day. She understood and answered all of my concerns as my dog has a lot of health issues. She immediately recognised and diagnosed all of my dog's problems as if she'd been my dog's vet for years. All of the staff were wonderful with my dog. The price was reasonable and amazing value for the level of care the vet took. Also, they were covid secure and took it seriously which is great to see. I'm thrilled and very grateful to find such an excellent clinic.

Lovely vets but might have to leave them. The Rubery branch only has vets 3 days a week and only provide basic services.
Shame as I do like them.

Excellent vets, can't recommend enough. We've had some bad experiences with vets over the past few years and finally found a practice we can trust. Professional and considerate. Last week we had to say goodbye to my old boy which has been heartbreaking but the team were so lovely through the whole process and compassionate. Thank you!

Brilliant advice and pet care. Mr Stroud was thorough and explained everything in detail regarding my cats health problems, with a comprehensive plan of action. I was given the most cost effective options so I felt that our best interests were important, unlike other vats that I have experienced who can seem to try and find the best way to keep you paying the most for medications etc. Thoroughly happy with every aspect of this vets practice. It's the safe pair of hands that I want.
